Barn End can be booked with 1 and 2 Manor Lodge (across the road) to accommodate larger groups of up to 14.

and 2 steps up to the sitting room and kitchen / dining room.

Kitchen / dining room
A well equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and three stools. An open plan dining room with table and 6 chairs, ceramic hob, built in cooker & microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

A bright room with table, chairs and doors to the kitchen & dining room. A further door for access to the courtyard garden.

Sitting room
A large room with sofas and chair, a fabulous log burner, TV, DVD player, door to rear courtyard and steps down to office / storage area and an extra fridge / freezer.

Off the landing there is airing cupboard and a family shower room with walk in shower, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1 – Double bedroom with king size bed, side tables, large TV, an arm chair, exposed beams and Velux windows. Two steps down to the en-suite bathroom with telephone style shower over bath, toilet and wash hand basin. Beyond the bathroom is a dressing room which can also be used for a travel cot or camp bed on arrangement.

Bedroom 2 – A twin aspect room with double bed, side tables and wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 – A single bed with pull out trundle which can make a twin room if required.

The front garden is set to lawn with borders, mature shrubs and a bench.
The enclosed rear courtyard garden has a table and seating for up to 8 people. Access to sitting room and conservatory from courtyard.

Private off road parking for 2 cars on the drive. There is no parking outside of the property at any time.


3 nights are charged at 80% of the full weeks rental

4 nights are charged at 85% of the full weeks rental

5 nights are charged at 90% of the full weeks rental

6 nights are charged at 95% of the full weeks rental

30% deposit of rental rate for full weeks booked (40% Xmas / New Year).

Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (12 weeks for lets over 3 weeks).

50% payment required for short breaks.

Refundable damages deposits are charged at some cottages.

Where there are open fires or log burners, a basket of logs is included in the price – more logs available for a reasonable charge.

Welcome hampers are available on request – made up to your requirements; we select locally sourced produce wherever possible.
Champagne / flowers / balloons & cakes arranged for any special occasion or surprise.

Horse riding, wine tasting, golf, historical tours, clay pigeon shooting, hat making courses (and hat hire) a five-minute drive away, soap making, personal trainer, beauty therapy and much more can easily be arranged.
