One of our exquisite thatched Cotswold cottages to rent for up to 6 guests and combines many period features with luxury modern living.

Garden Cottage is a Grade II listed detached, thatched Cotswold stone cottage. Full of original features such as exposed beamed ceilings and walls and a large inglenook fireplace with log burner and bread oven.

Recently renovated to a luxury standard and comfortably sleeping 6 guests in three bedrooms, all of which enjoy views of the garden. CAT5 high speed broadband, smart TV’s, Amazon echo speaker downstairs and in bedrooms.

Located in the picturesque north Cotswold village of Broad Campden where there are many countryside walks and a popular, traditional country pub, The Bakers Arms. Just a 20 minute walk, across the fields or following the main road, is the market town of Chipping Campden where you will find many independent shops, pubs and restaurants.

Large, enclosed garden, mainly laid to lawn making it the perfect space for outdoor dining, playing garden games or relaxing in the sunshine.

Off road parking for up to 5 cars.

Garden Cottage can be booked along with ‘The Studio’ – a 30-second walk along the drive – offering luxury cottage accommodation for up to 4 people so groups of 10 guests can holiday together

Entrance hall with flagstone floors and space for coats and shoes, door to w/c with toilet and hand basin. Door through to the living room.

Living room

A beautiful, bright and airy, triple aspect room with stairs to the first floor. 50” Smart TV and comfortable corner sofa. A cosy log burner situated in a large inglenook fireplace. There is an Amazon echo speaker from which you can also control the lighting throughout the cottage

Dining room

A beautiful room with large dining table and 6 chairs. 50” Smart TV and two sideboards with tall lamps. Doors to the kitchen, living room and garden room.

Garden room

Lovely, relaxing space with two armchairs and a bookcase. Tri-fold glass doors which are perfect for views over the garden and beyond.

Kitchen and utility room

Modern kitchen with double Belfast sink, induction hob, built-in oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing/drying machine. Door to garden.

Bedroom 1 – Double aspect bedroom with king-size bed, side tables, 50” TV and many exposed beams. There is plenty of storage with a chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe. Amazon Echo Dot. Views from both windows over garden.

Bedroom 2 – King-size bed which can be split to make two 2’6” single beds. 2 x bedside tables, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. 32” Smart TV, Amazon Echo Dot.

Bathroom 1 – Tiled bathroom with shower attachment over bath (not stand up). Sink with vanity unit, sensor mirror, towel radiator and WC.

Bedroom 3 – Up a further, narrower, flight of stairs to another double room with two 2’6” single beds which can be ‘zip & linked’ together to create a king-size bed. There is a chest of drawers, a 32” Smart TV and Amazon Echo Dot and lovely views over the garden and beyond.

Bathroom 2 – Tiled bathroom with beautiful beams. Rainfall shower over bath, sink with vanity unit, sensor mirror, towel radiator and WC.

Access to the cottage is through a traditional five bar gate where you’ll find plenty of parking space for up to 5 cars. The large rear garden is mainly laid to lawn and has an outside table and chairs.

There is an ornamental well to the side of the cottage which has been made secure by way of a strong and fixed mesh over the top.

Broad Campden is a 3/4 minute drive from Chipping Campden, where you will lots of shops and many other independent retailers.

Welcome hampers are available on request – made up to your requirements; we select locally sourced produce wherever possible.

Champagne / flowers / balloons & cakes arranged for any special occasion or surprise.

Horse riding, wine tasting, golf, historical tours, clay pigeon shooting, hat making courses (and hat hire) a five-minute drive away, soap making, personal trainer, beauty therapy and much more can easily be arranged.
