The Studio Cottage is a beautiful thatched holiday cottage that has been completely modernised to provide stylish and comfortable accommodation for 4 people in two ensuite bedrooms. Located just outside of Chipping Campden in the picturesque village of Broad Campden, The Studio Cottage provides the perfect base for exploring the Cotswolds and nearby towns and cities such as Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Oxford and Cheltenham.

The Studio Cottage offers spacious open plan living/dining room on the 1st floor and is fully furnished with a large sofa 3-seater sofa and armchair, Smart TV, Amazon Echo Speaker, Smart lighting, sideboard with integrated phone charge and a dining room table and 4 chairs. The Studio Cottage perfectly combines the old with the new, mixing original features such as original oak beams and thatched roof, with a contemporary kitchen and modern furniture, to create a spacious and comfortable accommodation.

2 luxurious king-size Bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have their own ensuite shower rooms, with underfloor heating.

The Studio Cottage also benefits from a gravelled courtyard, with circular table and 4 chairs.

Situated just a mile from Chipping Campden High Street, The Studio Cottage is just a short walk (or drive) away from cafes, restaurants and shops. The Studio Cottage also has its own private, off-road parking for 2 cars.

A space is provided for coats and shoes and the understairs cupboard houses the washer/dryer.

The Ensuite Shower is fully tiled with WC, heated towel rail, sink and vanity unit, mirror cabinet with sensory lighting demister and shaving point.

Bedroom 2

The bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, with a double wardrobe, bedside tables, 43” Smart TV, Amazon Echo speakers, smart lighting and underfloor heating. The Ensuite Shower is fully tiled with WC, heated towel rail, sink and vanity unit, mirror cabinet with sensory lighting demister and shaving point.

Kitchen

A modern, fully equipped kitchen provides all you could need during your stay, with a built-in electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The washer/dryer is situated in the understairs cupboard on the ground floor.

Lounge / Diner

The kitchen, lounge and diner benefits from Karndean flooring and underfloor heating throughout. The lounge area has a large 3-seater sofa, armchair, sideboard with integrated phone charger and 55” Smart TV. There is also an Amazon Echo Speaker and smart lighting.

Access to the The Studio Cottage is through a wooden gate next to parking for two cars. There is a small courtyard with outdoor seating and a circular table and chair set with parasol, for 4 people.

Off-road parking is available for 2 cars.

4 nights are charged at 85% of the full weeks rental

5 nights are charged at 90% of the full weeks rental

6 nights are charged at 95% of the full weeks rental

30% deposit of rental rate for full weeks booked (40% Xmas / New Year)

Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (12 weeks for a let over 3 weeks)

50% payment required for short breaks

Refundable damages deposits are charged at some cottages

Where there are open fires or log burners, a basket of logs for your first fire, is included in the price – more logs available for a reasonable charge

Lovely Cotswold Cottage base to attend son’s wedding at nearby Lapstone Barn! – 5/5

Absolutely wonderful, picturesque Cotswold cottage in Broad Campden in a peaceful and tranquil area. All mod cons inside and very tastefully decorated and kitted out. Our contact Andy, for the Studio Cottage could not have been more helpful and attentive. Excellent customer service from the moment we made our initial enquiry. In fact everyone we had dealings with there were great: our wonderful dog sitter from K9 & Equine Care, Cookies Taxi, The Bakers Arms and Lapstone Barn for the wedding. Only wished we had more time there instead of just the four days. Would not hesitate to visit again.
