This charming two-bedroom cottage has been thoughtfully styled to create a warm and comfortable retreat, with a characterful kitchen, inviting sitting room and patio doors opening onto a private garden/patio.
Upstairs, a king bedroom with en-suite shower room sits alongside a twin bedroom and family bathroom, providing a comfortable arrangement for up to four guests. The Diamond Way passes close by, offering a beautiful route through the North Cotswolds, while the award-winning Ebrington Arms is just a short stroll away. Chipping Campden and Broadway are both within easy reach, with the wider Cotswolds offering an abundance of beautiful villages, gardens and countryside to explore.
With its peaceful village setting, private outdoor space and wonderful walks on the doorstep, Gem Cottage is an idyllic place to slow down and experience the Cotswolds.

The front door opens into the fully equipped and newly refitted kitchen, with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment, slimline dishwasher and washer/drier there is also a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin.
The living room has a comfy sofa and two armchairs with a cosy ‘log burner effect’ electric fire. Patio doors lead out to the pretty, terraced garden where you can sit out at the table and chairs and enjoy alfresco dining.
Wide and straight stairs take you up to the bedrooms.

Behind the cottage is off road parking for one car. Further parking is available opposite (non allocated).
3 nights are charged at 80% of the full weeks rental
4 nights are charged at 85% of the full weeks rental
5 nights are charged at 90% of the full weeks rental
6 nights are charged at 95% of the full weeks rental
30% deposit of rental rate for full weeks booked (40% Xmas / New Year).
Remaining balance due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday (12 weeks for lets over 3 weeks).
50% payment required for short breaks.
Refundable security deposits are charged at some cottages.
Where there are open fires or log burners, a basket of logs is included in the price – more logs available for a reasonable charge.

Local Shops, Extras & Activities
There is a fabulous farm shop / cafe in the village called ‘Vegetable Matters’, where many of vegetables are grown in the fields around the village. There is also a butchers on site.
The nearest shop for provisions is in Chipping Campden and opens early, til late. There are several delicatessens, a post office and a wine merchant, a library, as well as many other independent retailers, cafes and restaurants in Chipping Campden
Flowers or balloons can be arranged for any special occasion or surprise.
