The Honeypot, Chipping Campden, Cotswolds
The Honeypot is a quintessential Cotswold cottage hidden just 40 paces from Chipping Campden’s historic High Street, where centuries-old character and cosy interiors create a wonderfully intimate escape. Tucked away down a quiet snicket, the cottage feels wonderfully secluded despite being almost in the centre of the village.
Exposed Cotswold stone, oak beams and a log burner give the sitting room its unmistakable character, complemented by comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout. The compact kitchen leads through to the dining area, while upstairs two bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for up to four guests, including a Victorian-style day bed with a pull-out trundle.
A beautifully appointed bathroom with a slipper bath and separate shower adds a touch of indulgence, while the private garden offers a quiet place to sit outdoors. Step out of the snicket and the Market Hall, independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants of Chipping Campden are all within moments, while countryside walks lead beyond the village into the wider Cotswolds. For those who want to experience the character of an authentic Cotswold cottage without giving up the convenience of village life, The Honeypot is wonderfully hard to beat.
