We are often asked to help arrange activities for our guests and a group who stayed at the end of November for a 40th Birthday celebration used our resources well when they stayed at Paddock End, Little Charingworth.
Jayne Doyle who lives and works in London was the therapist who treated our guests at Paddock End. Jayne is a good friend of ours and she jumped at the opportunity to come and visit us in the Cotswolds and to assist with Tracey’s request for treatments for herself and her friends.
Jayne says….
I have worked in many places around the world, from chilled out festivals in England, to war torn Bosnia, to the path of Camino de Santiago in Spain and more recently within NHS hospitals, and I would be hard placed to match the stunning beauty of the Cotswolds, where I have just returned from offering massages to a lovely group of people celebrating their birthday in style, at a beautiful Honeypot cottage!
Whilst the boys were off quad biking, the girls treated themselves to either a massage or reflexology (or both!) treatment with aromatherapy oils, easing away their aches, pains and the stresses of busy work and family lives. I left the cottage with the girls feeling very peaceful and ready for a restorative nap before their celebrity cooked evening meal!
I have treated several guests staying with Honeypot Cottages, in a variety of their North Cotswold Holiday Cottages. It’s a great opportunity for me to leave the city for the countryside and the beauty of the Cotswolds is that it’s only 2 hours away! It’s also an opportunity to catch up with friends and to make the most of the stunning location by visiting some of the towns, villages and attractions the Cotswolds has to offer.

Tracey says….
A massive thank you to Andy and Sarah for making my 40th one to remember. The accommodation was amazing – (Paddock End featured in the November edition of 25 Beautiful Homes magazine), we could celebrate with our friends and family all under one roof with everything you could possibly need. Being November we loved the cosy log fires and having the secret chef in as organised by Andy and the most amazing reflexology and massages also organised for us, I didn’t need to step a foot out the door in the whole 3 days. Pure luxury without leaving the house!
The location was also amazing so I feel a summer reunion may be in order to really appreciate the setting.
Thank you so much

Tracey’s husband Dickon and his friends visited Adventure Sports in Warwick where a quad bike trail through the woods costs £40.00 per head and lasts about an hour. A great time was had by all.
Please mention to us when enquiring about one of our cottages, if you might be interested in an activity, a Cotswold tour, a chef to cook for you – or perhaps some meals ready prepared for your arrival or anything which could make your stay with us, even more memorable!
